We are looking for a Senior Director, Global Sales Operations Business Partners to lead our global Sales Operations Business Partner organization. In this role, you will partner with senior sales leadership across regions and functions to strengthen operational execution, improve sales productivity, and build the business rhythms, insights, and processes that support a high-performing global sales organization.

Role Overview

The Senior Director, Global Sales Operations Business Partners leads a global team responsible for enabling sales leaders through a disciplined operational cadence and trusted business partnership. This role brings together strategic insight, operational rigor, and people leadership to improve forecasting, planning, pipeline management, performance visibility, and overall sales effectiveness.

You will define and drive the operating model for Sales Operations Business Partners globally, ensuring consistency in how the team supports the business while remaining responsive to regional and functional needs. You will also work closely with cross-functional partners including Finance, Legal, HR, Deal Desk, Go-To-Market Operations, and Sales Operations Order Processing to ensure core sales processes and deal operations are aligned and optimized.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the global Sales Operations Business Partner team, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and organizational capability building
  • Define and implement the vision, structure, and operating model for Sales Operations Business Partners across geographies and functions
  • Partner with senior sales leadership to translate business priorities into scalable operational rhythms, insights, and actions
  • Build a strong, visible, and collaborative leadership presence across the Sales organization and the broader GTM Operations team
  • Standardize business reporting and performance review processes that support strategic analysis and executive decision-making
  • Drive a consistent global cadence around monthly KPI reviews, quarter-end closing activities, pipeline analysis, and business performance tracking
  • Strengthen CRM opportunity management practices that improve forecast accuracy, pipeline visibility, and execution discipline
  • Partner with sales leaders on pipeline and opportunity inspection, identifying risks, trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
  • Develop, track, and analyze KPIs that generate actionable insights related to growth, productivity, forecast quality, and pay-for-performance outcomes
  • Partner with Go-To-Market Operations, FP&A, and sales leadership to create and maintain sales planning and forecasting models, data standards, and operating assumptions
  • Lead sales coverage and productivity reviews to identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness and resource deployment
  • Drive simplification, standardization, and continuous improvement across sales operations processes, tools, and workflows
  • Coordinate critical activities with internal stakeholders including Finance, Legal, HR, Deal Desk, and Sales Operations Order Processing to enable effective commercial execution
  • Support Quarterly Business Review presentations and participate in QBR meetings with clear, data-driven insights and recommendations

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in sales operations, GTM operations, business partnering, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience with a track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Experience supporting complex global sales organizations and partnering with senior sales leaders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into business insight and recommended action
  • Demonstrated executive presence and the ability to communicate effectively with leaders at all levels of the organization
  • Strong influence and collaboration skills in a matrixed, global environment
  • Proven ability to lead through ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced setting
  • Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading a globally distributed Sales Operations, GTM Operations, or Business Partner team
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations across multiple regions, segments, or routes to market
  • Strong understanding of sales planning, forecasting, CRM governance, quota processes, and sales productivity metrics
  • Experience working in a global technology company
  • Ability to balance enterprise consistency with regional flexibility
  • Strong executive communication and business storytelling skills
