Unit/Role Info:

Med/Surg Ortho

The LPN provides direct patientcare under the supervision of registered nurses, and contributes to the assessment,planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver safe, therapeutic, and age-appropriate care. Maintains anaccurate electronic health record, communicates effectively with the healthcare team, and educates patients andtheir families on care plans. Adheres to healthcare regulations and protocols to ensure a safe and effective careenvironment. Completes ongoing patient assessments, administers/educates medications, monitors vital signs,and assists with daily activities or other patient care tasks as assigned, to promote optimal health outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent (Required)
  • LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Upon Hire (Required)
  • CPR - Basic CPR Upon Hire (Required)
  • Prior work experience not required

Salary Range: Minimum $29.78/hour - Maximum $46.34/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
