Description: What you'll be doing Another Source's client, Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences (PNWU), is recruiting a Senior Executive Assistant to the President to join their team in Yakima, Washington. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity supporting the Office of the President during an exciting period of new leadership, vision, and direction for the University. Learn more about President Mittelman and his leadership: https://www.pnwu.edu/about/university-administration/office-of-the-president/ About this role: As Senior Executive Assistant to the President, you will be a trusted partner to the President while also providing executive-level support to the Chief of Staff/Vice President of Operations. This role sits at the intersection of leadership, communication, and university operations, helping ensure priorities move forward and the Office of the President operates with efficiency, discretion, and professionalism. You'll manage much more than a calendar. From preparing executive communications and coordinating leadership meetings to supporting institutional events and special initiatives, you'll have visibility across the University and regular interaction with senior leaders, faculty, staff, students, and external partners. Your Contribution Will Likely Include Serve as a trusted administrative partner to the President and Chief of Staff/Vice President of Operations, managing calendars, correspondence, documents, follow-up, and competing priorities.

The annual salary range for this position is $77,200-$123,500. PNWU anticipates hiring within the second and third quartiles of the range, $88,800-$111,950, with the final salary determined based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated proficiency.
