Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of the Email / Web Analyst are planning, executing, optimizing, and providing top level results for various Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns as well as performing Administrative duties and support related to web analytics (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Mark Monitor, Pixel Requests).Technical support includes executing daily, weekly, and ad hoc requests for email campaigns as well as overseeing Administrator responsibilities for web analytics, coordinating with teams on requests for new goals, reporting needs, monitoring activities, and intaking pixel requests and implementing them on our websites.

Essential Job Duties:

• Administers and provides technical support for technology tools used to monitor AHA's digital properties including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and website domain registration.

• Provides custom web analytics reporting for troubleshooting and site improvements of AHA's digital properties and web apps.

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaign execution (planning, building, editing, scheduling, monitoring)

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud reporting and analytics

• Serve as technical lead on projects related to responsibilities listed above

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree

• Two (2) years of experience with HTML and CSS

• Two (2) years of experience with Google Analytics

• Five (5) years of experience with Microsoft Office

• Excellent communication skills - written and oral

• Ability to multi-task

Preferred Experience:

• One (1) year experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
