Better requires process, discipline, and simplification

We'll look to you to work with subject matter experts across Cyber Security to develop innovative metrics that accurately depict our security posture. You will act as a thought leader on new ways to tell the Cyber Security story using compound metrics and advanced visualization. You will analyze raw security data to identify trends, patterns and outliers. You'll ensure all reports are accurate and delivered on schedule and provide day to day support and insight to the metrics. You'll analyze data and create information in the form of reports for ad-hoc requests. You will document reporting requirements and define report templates and dashboard specifications. You'll schedule regular meetings with cyber teams to discuss their metrics and provide recommendation to improve their current metrics. You will provide guidance and insight on data visualization and dashboarding best practices.

For such a role, you will need you to have a 3 plus years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. You will have experience in creating metrics, reports and dashboards for Senior Management. You need to be extremely flexible and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities on very tight deadlines. You will be self- motivated with ability to prioritize and make independent decisions as well as highly organized and detail oriented. You will have working knowledge of analysis and reporting tools. You will have the ability to work in a team environment and the ability to lead meetings and present information to others in the meeting. You will need to have experience with MS Office skills: Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.

The annual gross base salary range is $82,485.00 - $140,745.00. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.
