Better requires process, discipline, and simplification We'll be looking to you to oversee the planning, designing and executing our internal audit activities. You will be responsible for evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of our internal controls and report on these findings to senior management with your recommendations. You will work closely with senior members of the audit team to evaluate the business risk and our regulatory objectives and assist in developing the audit plan. You will also perform audits and from your findings, you will collaborate with different business partners to establish remediation actions from the issues you have identified. You will also be responsible for supervising staff assigned to the audits including providing feedback and coaching on the work performed. You should like to work in a fast paced, changing environment with an exceptional eye for detail. We require you to have experience in auditing either within a financial services company or an accounting firm. Having a CPA, CIA or equivalent would be an asset. You must have exceptional analytical skills with a strong focus on business risk. The role requires a team player who can build strong working relationships with both stakeholders and internal team members. Ability to read and communicate in Spanish is also a plus. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.
