Lewis Roca seeks to hire a Transactional Construction Attorney to join its thriving Business Transactions Practice Group. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of relevant experience which must include experience reviewing and advising on construction contracts and construction issues related to development of real property. Applicants must have strong written, oral and problem solving skills, possess excellent academic credentials, and must be committed to providing exceptional client service. Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction (AZ, CO, NV) is required. The successful candidate could find a home in our Arizona, Colorado or Nevada offices.

We offer qualified candidates -- who are seeking a change in their professional environment -- a competitive salary commensurate with experience and a full benefits package such as life, health, accident and disability insurance and a 401(k) plan.

This position may be filled in one of our Colorado offices and in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay Act, the compensation for this position between $198,500-$207,500. Actual compensation can vary and may be above or below the range based on qualifications and experience. The salary range for other firm locations will align with market rates.
