We are seeking several Software Development Engineers to help ensure the reliability of data services and applications within IG Tech. This role will collaborate with senior technology associates to develop product-specific and generic solutions in areas like disaster recovery, monitoring, alerting, testing, and optimizing performance. The ideal candidate will be passionate about our mission and drive for excellence in reliability solutions. Investment Group Technologies (IG Tech) builds software and data for the investors at Capital Group, those who make decisions about what investments to buy and sell. Our mission is to apply data and technology to enhance CG's investment process and the capabilities of our investment associates. A secondary mission is to create reusable systems for teams across IG Tech and Capital Group and therefore contribute to continually improving the engineering environment. We build products to aid with research, portfolio management, ESG, data delivery, and machine learning. We work primarily in AWS and are committed to making our systems robust and reliable. Southern California Base Salary Range: $140,995-$225,592 San Antonio Base Salary Range: $115,910-$185,456 Seattle Base Salary Range: $140,995-$225,592 In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
