As a Performance Engineer III in the Testing Center of Excellence (TCOE) team based in Irvine, CA, you will collaborate with business, development, infrastructure (TSO), and architecture teams to deliver Performance testing solutions and services for mission-critical platforms and products. You will provide thought leadership and technical expertise in researching industry trends/practices/tools and lead initiatives to innovate and improve Performance test engineering capabilities.

  • You have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in software devolvement with expertise in Performance test engineering
  • You have proven experience leading Performance test engineering projects for large complex products and platforms
  • You have strong technical expertise in performance testing, DevOps, and Application monitoring tools (i.e., Load Runner, Dynatrace, App dynamics, Splunk, CI/CD frameworks etc.).
  • You have technical expertise in Programming, Cloud technologies, Application architecture, and performance engineering
  • You have strong leadership and communication skills


Southern California Base Salary Range: $111,404-$178,246

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
