"I can succeed as an Application Development Manager at Capital Group." As a Solutions Engineering Manager focused on Equity Order Management and Compliance Technology, you will lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for providing technology solutions within the equity order management and compliance space. You will form a strategic vision and develop and execute technology roadmaps through a partnership with business leaders and cross-functional IT teams. You will enable growth and scale for equity order management and compliance needs of Capital Group through delivering on tactical and strategic objectives, providing solutions integrating with 3rd party applications, custom build solutions, and cloud integration. You will manage, coach, and oversee the performance and development of a high-performance team that designs, engineers, and manages a technology platform build around a Charles River Development (CRD) vendor system. You will operate in a highly collaborative work environment alongside business partners, product managers, and engineers. You will build strong working relationships with product and technical leaders, influencing the priority and roadmaps. You will work with product managers and engineers to identify technical requirements, limitations, and bottlenecks. You will manage the CRD technology platform in production with tight SLAs, quickly understand investment flows and the equity order management and compliance process and have a solid understanding of capital markets (equity and fixed income).
