Why this role?

As Account Executive - New Business Commercial Accounts MidMarket you'll be responsible for acquiring net new clients & inactive accounts for our commercial accounts midmarket segment across US geographic markets who specialize in hiring technical professionals.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:



  • Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets set by leadership
  • Creating strategy to drive and sell new business
  • Following a consultative sales methodology to position all our products and services to help potential prospects & inactive accounts achieve their hiring goals
  • Converting new business from leads driven by marketing, sales development, networking as well as through cold calling to exceed your quota goals
  • Forecast ingexpected monthly results accurately


For this role, we're requiring:

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities



  • Entrepreneurial, disciplined and results-driven, start-up mentality

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong knowledge Microsoft Office products and experience with a CRM system preferably Salesforce
  • Energetic and self -motivated and show an ability to work independently


Education, Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing/sales or a related field or equivalent proven experience
  • 3+ years sales experience
  • Experience hunting for new prospects and customers required
  • Experience selling to technical recruitment teams inside commercial organizations is highly desirable
  • SaaS sales experience is a plus


Compensation

Base salary/pay plus commissions of $130,000 - $180,000 per year at 100% of plan targets. Offer will depend on location and level of job-related knowledge, skills, abilities and experience.
