Mechanical Engineer Co-op

The Mechanical Engineer Co-op will be directly involved in special projects designed to improve the process efficiency, product quality, and machine productivity. He or she will report directly to the Maintenance, Engineering & Reliability Manager.

* Designing and drawing equipment layouts, piping, and parts.
* Supervising project-related items and equipment/parts installations.
* Maintaining/updating drawings and equipment files.
* Meeting with contractors, vendors, engineers, etc.
* Researching files to obtain information to answer questions relating to various mill equipment and processes.
* Assisting with the development of engineering schedules, budgets, and projects as assigned.
* Assisting the Engineering Department in all other assigned tasks.

Must be pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Must be proficient with the use of software such as Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

The Green Bay Mill Division is a vertically integrated paper mill that manufactures containerboard using 100% recycled furnish. The operation consists of one paper machine responsible for the production of linerboard and medium paper used to manufacture corrugated boxes. This family-owned mill is located near the mouth of the Fox River in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
