About the Role As Creative Operations for Ogilvy, OpenX, you will be responsible for managing global creative resources, organizing schedules, creating teams, identifying capabilities, and connecting across regions with the right talent for a large global account. You will work closely with the account and PM team to deliver the optimal structure, casting and phasing of work to meet the needs of each project in play and the strongest output possible. The ideal candidate will be flexible and fluid in plans and process, be someone who unites and has impeccable communication skills with absolute clarity in emails and in meetings and is super organizedThe candidate will have a good sense of judgment and be capable of individually solving problems, knowing when to escalate or broaden communications and decision-making to additional stakeholders and knowing when to act quickly to keep work moving. And, of course, this person must deeply understand creative talent and skills required to deliver innovative 360 campaigns and projects that drive transformation for one of the world's most iconic brands.
