Job Description


Cures extruded tubes, performs quality checks, delivers mandrels to/from work stations, performs material handler functions.

  • Preps tubes to be specified length
  • Delivers stock of extruded tubes.
  • Loads stock in hotbox
  • Sprays mandrels with release agent
  • Loads/unloads mandrels on/off breaker/wrapper
  • Loads uncured tubes on mandrels
  • Unloads cured tubes off mandrels
  • Wraps/unwraps tubes on mandrels
  • Places cured tubes on staging stock trucks
  • Performs quality checks on cured tubes
  • Records quality checks.
  • Inspect ID/OD on each cured tube
  • Load/unloads mandrels onto autoclave carts
  • Operates autoclaves
  • Loads/unloads mandrels onto autoclave carts
  • Operates wrapper/breaker
  • Operates Autoclaves
  • Operates mandrel cleaning lathe
  • Stripes color code on ID of cured tubes
  • Separates tubes on shipping trucks
  • Delivers cured tubes on shipping trucks
  • Prepares identification tickets for cured tubes
  • Gets supplies from storeroom

Pay, Benefits, and Work Schedule

  • This position starts at $22.09 and is eligible to reach top pay by step progression increases

  • This position is considered 1st shift Monday -Friday 6am-2pm.
