The Phoenix office of Lewis Roca seeks a Partner level candidate to join our corporate practice. Must have 8+ years of corporate transactional experience. Experience handling Mergers and Acquisitions required. Equity financing (venture capital and private equity) and general corporate work is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a portable book of business that they are looking to grow, have a strong acumen for leadership and a desire to join a thriving office. This is an exciting opportunity to expand upon your current client base, while also assisting our current client base within Arizona. Must be admitted to the Arizona bar or be eligible for admission. California, Colorado and/or Nevada bar would be a plus.

Compensation for this position will depend on numerous factors including book of business, anticipated yearly billable hours and experience. Salary range for Income Partners is extremely competitive and includes bonus potential. For Equity partners, total compensation will vary. Information regarding benefits and programs may be found
