Quality Assurance Supervisor

Position Summary:

The Quality Assurance Supervisor provides directions to all Quality Assurance employees in the Distribution facility.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

• Direct Quality Assurance (QA) employees in a Distribution facility
• Maintain corporate and franchise partner standards as well as Environmental Health & Safety standards
• Establish operational procedures in collaboration with Quality Assurance Manager
• Ensure that all QA equipment is in excellent operating order
• Ensure that all work assessments and activities are in accordance with policies of the company and presiding collective bargaining agreements
• Focus on removing costs, continuous improvement, removing inefficiencies, and complexity for the Distribution facility
• Ensure that all company, franchise owners, and federal and provincial policies, standards and guidelines are maintained
• Other projects or duties as assigned
