Paul Getty Trust, one of the world's most influential cultural and philanthropic institutions dedicated to advancing access to visual arts, is currently seeking a Vice President of Communications and Community Engagement (VP). Reporting to and working closely with the Getty's President and CEO, the VP will lead and oversee the development and execution of communication and marketing strategies, ensuring that the entire range of Getty's identity is communicated effectively and that messages are well-received and in a global context, align with diverse cultural norms. Leading a team of 44, the VP will manage public relations efforts, incorporating awareness of geopolitical events and trends; maintain Getty's brand domestically and internationally, and across diverse markets; and oversee Getty's digital presence and social media strategies that resonate locally, nationally, and globally. Additionally, the VP will lead and expand Getty's engagement with the Los Angeles community, working in collaboration with colleagues to build positive relationships that support Getty's goals and further the institution's connections with the diverse local community as well as with other cultural and education organizations and institutions. **Getty has engaged executive search firm Howe-Lewis, International for this role.
