Pay Transparency Statement:
The compensation philosophy reflects the Company's reasonable expectation at the time of posting. We consider a number of factors when making individual compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business needs. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program.

Position Summary:

The Company hires and trains individuals with less than one year of experience and enters them into our Driver Training Program. Associate Drivers receive training and coaching and perform driver duties that allow them to gain the necessary experience to qualify for a professional driver position.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:



  • Safely and professionally operate a commercial motor vehicle
  • Use Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and/or Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such asan electric pallet jack and/or hand truck
  • Maneuver vehicle and equipment in congested areas with limited space and potential obstacles
  • Unload and deliver products to our customer utilizing various methodologies that may include manual conveyors, carts, or pallets in multi-temperature environments
  • Provide exceptional customer service to consumers and store personnel
  • Complete delivery and pick up paperwork
  • Pick up returned product as required
  • Collect company assets to include payments, carts, pallets, etc.
  • Complete pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle
  • Complete company training and certifications as required
  • Effectively communicate and maintain contact with shift supervisor, dispatch, and/or co-workers
  • Other projects or duties as assigned
