Sales Support

We are seeking a motivated and detailed orientated Sales Support Intern to join our dynamic team at Valley Packaging a leading corrugated manufactuing company.

This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations and support functions while contributing to the growth and efficiency of our sales processes.

Assist in the preparations of sales presentations and proposals to enhance the sales pitch process.
• Support the sales team in managing and updating customer databases to ensure accurate information is available for all clients interactions.
• Help coordinate sales orders and delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements.
• Participating in client meetings and sales conferences to gain insight into customer needs and market trends.
• Assist in the creation of sales reports and analysis to track sales performance and identify areas of improvement.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Design, Customer Service and Production to ensure cohesive approach to customer satisfaction.
• Learn and utilize company-spesific software for order processing.

• Currently pursing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite(Work,Excel, PowerPoints)
• Keen interest in sales.
