LISC Milwaukee is a local office within National LISC, the nation's largest nonprofit Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI). LISC Milwaukee has nearly 30 years of experience working as a catalyst for community reinvestment in Milwaukee. We help resident-led, community-based development organizations transform distressed neighborhoods into healthy places to live, work, worship, do business and raise families. Increasingly, we also work with and lend to for-profit entities that share our community development mission and goals. Since 1995, LISC Milwaukee and our affiliates (the National Equity Fund and Broadstreet) have invested nearly $195 million in Milwaukee's neighborhoods, including grants, loans and equity leading to more than $658 million in total development, including 4,260 homes and apartments built or improved. Responsibilities This role offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside a talented team of community development professionals on innovative community development initiatives that are addressing equitable development, affordable housing, economic opportunity and access to capital. In particular, this position will support our team's deployment and management of numerous investments in nonprofit partners and mission aligned for profit entities, especially emerging developers and graduates of our ACRE program. Our investments can include grants, equity, and/or loans in support of real estate projects and small businesses. Key Responsibilities:

Compensation LISC offers a competitive salary ($57,200 - $71,400) and excellent fringe benefits. *Actual salaries may be based on several factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
