As part of our B2C Growth Marketing team, you will collaborate with the Director, B2C Growth and the Marketing Manager - Digital to develop and oversee the execution of integrated campaigns aimed at achieving B2C growth goals. About the role:
As a Senior Manager Marketing - B2C Integrated Campaigns, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to support B2C growth objectives for Dice.com. This role requires strategic planning, data-driven optimization, customer journey mapping, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve measurable growth. You will lead and manage a Marketing Coordinator to assist with B2C Campaigns. Why we're hiring for this role:
The Senior Manager of Marketing - B2C Integrated Campaigns plays a crucial role in driving B2C growth by strategically planning, executing, and expanding integrated marketing campaigns. In the short term you will:
- Lead Integrated Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute campaigns across key channels (both paid and earned) including social media, email, content marketing, and select offline channels, aligned with B2C marketing goals
- Candidate Journey Mapping: Analyze and optimize the candidate journey to enhance user experience, engagement, and conversion rates throughout the marketing funnel.
- Campaign Execution and Optimization: Oversee end-to-end campaign management, using data insights to maximize performance and ROI.
- Vendor and Partner Management: Manage external vendors and partners to ensure seamless campaign execution and maximize ROI.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders from key internal departments including product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution
In the long term you will:
- Budget Management: Oversee the B2C integrated campaigns budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximizing ROI.
- Innovation: Stay current with marketing trends and technologies, testing new channels and tactics to drive growth.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
What you bring to the team: Required:
- Proven B2C marketing experience, with a focus on integrated campaigns and digital marketing.
- Demonstrated track record in developing successful large-scale campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Iterable, Marketo).
- Experience with customer journey mapping and optimizing the customer experience.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with career marketplaces or recruitment industry is a plus.
Remote (US-only) pay range: Base salary/pay per year, plus 10% annual bonus at 100% of plan targets tied to company and individual performance. Offer will depend on location and level of job-related knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience.
