Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the timely and accurate recognition of revenue in compliance with contract terms and Sarbanes Oxley Provide monthly (or as needed) revenue reporting by individual or group for local leadership including Individual vs. target, group vs. target, and deficit reporting with analysis Collaborate with the business to ensure financial targets are being met and effectively communicate results, including risks and opportunities Ensure that balance sheet reconciliations are completed in a timely and accurate manner Assist in producing timely and accurate monthly financial statements and provide variance analysis on information which could include supporting revenue schedules, labor reports, and expense review Assist in the creation of the annual plan and quarterly forecasts for the client group Ensure the accounts receivable objectives and metrics are met - oversee maintenance and research on AR over 30 days past due Assist with audit write ups for quarterly audits and monthly contracts that meet scope Assist in maintaining an accurate pipeline (work in process) by reviewing and collaborating with the business All other duties and tasks assigned Requirements: *Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting *3-5 years accounting experience *Advanced MS Excel skills required *Proficiency in computer-based accounting applications; experience with JD Edwards platforms a plus *Demonstrated financial competency at a detailed level of operation *Ability to collaborate across many levels *High level of attention to detail and accuracy and ability to make effective decisions and solve problems *Strong organization, analytical, and coordination skills *Advanced oral and written communication skills *Excellent level of customer service skills *Flexible and adaptable to tasks assigned *Excellent interpersonal skills / interpersonal sensitivity | |
