Interact with sustainability subject matter experts and leaders to design and create engaging and impactful learning programs, content, and materials on a range of sustainability related topics.

Work closely, collaboratively, and effectively with the Head of Sustainability Learning and other dedicated sustainability learning team members to define learning needs and design content and programs that drive the uptake and engagement of sustainability learning.

Create fantastic learning content that employees and managers love - using scientifically sound learning design principles that only experts in learning know how to do.

Bring complex and sometimes text heavy content like PowerPoint presentations, case studies and other learning and communication materials to life so that they are interesting, engaging and easily understood.

Always design learning content and materials with the audience in mind, ensuring the level of detail, use of visuals and other communication and engagement tools are employed to ensure maximum engagement and impact.

Ensure that learning content is designed and delivered in a timely manner, enabling sufficient review and feedback with key stakeholders to take place before final sign off and delivery.

Innovate new ways of driving learning content creation through on demand content, and evolving learning technologies, as well as scripting the words and visuals that our employees need to make the content come to life.

Key skills and attributes:
Experienced and knowledgeable in designing for instructor led (ILT) and virtual instructor led training (VILT) programs.

A PowerPoint and/or training presentation content whiz.

Strong understanding of instructional models such as ADDIE, Human Centered Design / Learner Centered Design.

Experience using new AI technologies in L&D.

Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and learning technologies.

Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and other digital learning platforms.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Highly collaborative and an excellent communicator, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Interest in and/or passion for sustainability.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Proven ability to analyze and synthesize complex information and transform it into engaging learning materials.

Qualifications:
A degree or qualification in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in instructional design or a similar role
