POSITION SUMMARY: The Digital Banking Analyst focuses on the development, implementation, and optimization of digital banking initiatives. Collaborates with business units to enhance the digital banking experience for Webster Five customers. Monitors digital banking platforms and processes to ensure optimal performance and usability. Works independently under the supervision of the Business Application Manager PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

REQUIRED SKILLS: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software. Familiarity with digital banking platforms, mobile applications, and online payment systems. Sound project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the banking industry. WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Work is generally performed in an office environment, with frequent interruptions. Must be able to stay in a stationary position, operate a computer, move inside the workplace and exchange information. This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement in accordance with Webster Five's Remote Work Policy. MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Business, Statistics or related discipline. MINIMUM PRIOR EXPERIENCE: 3 years' experience in digital banking or a similar role in financial services. Webster Five is an equal opportunity employer.
