Description: What you'll be doing

Join our team as a Senior Recruiter (Talent Strategist)! You will partner with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and build a qualified and diverse candidate pool for each of our client's direct hire searches. This role is a remote position supporting clients throughout the U.S. while engaging with a team primarily in the pacific time zone.

About the Role:

As a Senior Talent Strategist, you will take a strategic approach to talent acquisition, deeply understanding clients' needs in the data center, critical facilities and higher education sectors. You'll leverage proven sourcing strategies to find top talent for mid-to-senior-level positions and present qualified candidates confidently.

Key responsibilities include:

    Partner with clients to align talent strategies with their organizational goals.
  • Build and manage a diverse pipeline of candidates for roles in data centers, critical facilities and higher education.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications for technical and leadership positions.
  • Present top candidates and support clients in making informed hiring decisions.
  • Manage 10-12 new searches per month, collaborating within a supportive pod/partner structure.d

What We'd Like to See From You:

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally with a focus on roles in data centers, critical facilities, higher education or similar industries.
  • A strong track record of sourcing and recruiting technical and operational talent.
  • Expertise in relationship building with candidates and clients, assessing qualifications, and aligning talent with organizational needs.
  • A proactive communicator who values collaboration, respects diversity, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills to foster a high-performing, team-oriented culture.

A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, but we equally value a combination of relevant experience and education.
