Description: What you'll be doing Join our team as a Senior Recruiter (Talent Strategist)! You will partner with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and build a qualified and diverse candidate pool for each of our client's direct hire searches. This role is a remote position supporting clients throughout the U.S. while engaging with a team primarily in the pacific time zone. What's in it for you? About the Role: As a Senior Talent Strategist, you will take a strategic approach to talent acquisition, deeply understanding clients' needs in the data center, critical facilities and higher education sectors. You'll leverage proven sourcing strategies to find top talent for mid-to-senior-level positions and present qualified candidates confidently. Key responsibilities include:
Partner with clients to align talent strategies with their organizational goals.
