healthCODAC is one of Arizona’s oldest and most respected community providers of specialty care for mental illness, addiction and trauma. What began as a grassroots drug abuse prevention program has grown into a multi-faceted organization that provides services across the entire spectrum of behavioral health care.

Through a combined 9 outpatient, transitional and residential treatment locations and over 300 staff and volunteers, CODAC now serves more than 15,000 individuals and families each year. CODAC is a nonprofit 501(C)(3) organization.

In addition to our behavioral health care services, we offer primary care, allowing us to care for individuals’ and families’ whole health care needs. We understand the needs of individuals with mental health and addiction disorders. Mental health affects physical health. And, your physical health can affect your mental health. CODAC can help with common illnesses, injuries, physical exams and health screenings. A team of experts – primary care providers, along with psychiatrists, nurses, medical assistants, therapists, case managers, and peer support specialists– work as one team in one convenient location. CODAC is focused on physical and mental health, giving our patients the most complete health care available.

CODAC is your home for health care.
