We are Hendricks County’s largest employer, and we support our staff of over 2,100 associates with benefits that include a comprehensive health plan, career development opportunities, nationally recognized wellness programs and an onsite fitness center. Our dedication to our associates and patients has helped us receive consistent recognition from many regional, state and national organizations, including Healthgrades, Leapfrog and Centers for Medicaid & Medicare Services.

Hendricks also works closely with more than 400 local businesses through our Hendricks At Work program, where we provide wellness and occupational services to help keep employees healthy and happy while reducing the overall cost of healthcare for employers and employees alike.

We have employment opportunities for healthcare professionals focused on delivering the most compassionate, safest care possible.

Working at Hendricks Regional Health

At Hendricks Regional Health, we strive to be big-minded, swift-moving, collaborative-thinking and patient-focused in our approach to all we do. These aspects of our culture are deeply rooted.
