Since two forward thinking, entrepreneurial brothers founded a small carpentry business in 1870, Gilbane has come a long way. We have remained family owned for 6 generations, and no matter how much we have grown, our commitment to creating a family culture at work has never wavered. From California to Providence to Japan, one thing is constant: when you work at Gilbane you become part of our family, and everything we do stems from that mindset.
